General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products carried out on the flore-via.com website, published by Flore-Via, a micro-enterprise registered under SIRET number 994 198 596 00011, with its registered office located at 133 rue du Trievoz, 38150 Assieu.
Any order placed on the site implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.
Article 2 — Products
Flore-Via markets aromatherapy shower filter cartridges, available in several fragrance variants (including a fragrance-free version), as well as bundled offers (packs of 3 and 6 cartridges).
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product sheet on the site. The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity to the product, particularly regarding colors.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). VAT is not applicable, pursuant to Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
Flore-Via reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase amount, to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland (see Article 6).
Article 4 — Ordering
The customer validates their order after verifying the contents of their cart (products, quantities, selected fragrances) and the total price. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these GTCS.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment is validated.
Flore-Via reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires
- Local payment methods: Bancontact, Klarna
Payment is secured via Shopify Payments.
Article 6 — Delivery
Flore-Via delivers its products to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase, to all these destinations.
Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping. To this processing time is added the following transit time, depending on the destination:

-Which results in a total estimated lead time, including processing, of approximately 6 to 8 business days for France, 6 to 8 business days for Belgium and Luxembourg, and 8 to 11 business days for Switzerland.
In the event of a significant delivery delay relative to the announced times, the customer may request the cancellation of the order under the conditions provided by the Consumer Code.
The risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by an unambiguous statement (letter or email to contact@flore-via.com).
Unopened and unused cartridges must be returned in their original condition and packaging at the customer's expense. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, unsealed or used cartridges cannot be returned as part of the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the one used during the purchase.
Article 8 — Warranties
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
"Satisfied or Refunded" commercial guarantee: Flore-Via offers a satisfied or refunded guarantee of 14 days from receipt. For hygiene reasons, this guarantee applies under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal described in Article 7: the product must be returned unopened and unused, in its original packaging. The customer is fully refunded upon simple request to contact@flore-via.com.

Article 10 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute with customer service, the customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.

Article 11 — Personal Data
The processing of customer personal data is described in the site's Legal Notices, section 3 "Personal Data".
Article 12 — Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, notably via the consumer mediator mentioned in Article 10.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
